Before starting the registration, it is helpful to print these instructions.

  1. Make sure you have your son's US Lacrosse membership number and your medical insurance information handy. Our insurance requires that all campers be active US Lacrosse members.
  2. You will first Register to create an account. The Primary Account Holder should be the parent. Next you will click "Add Player" to register your camper and select the appropriate session.
  3. After entering all the required player information "Register Another Player" if you are sending siblings. There is a $25 discount for additional siblings.
  4. Payment: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 2.8% CONVENIENCE FEE DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU PAY BY MAIL. If you mail your payment the deposit is $200 and your balance is simply the remainder of the tuition. You can make any combination of payments online and through the mail.
  5. After paying click “Continue Registration” so you can complete, sign and electronically submit the required Medical Information Form and Liability Waiver.
