The CUFC Rise & Shine Pre-Season Camp is an intense individual camp for 2003 (U15) - 1999 (U19) Boys. Camp will be conducted by Steve Magee, Director of Soccer at CUFC. If you are getting ready for high school soccer and want to get an intense week of training under your belt this is the place to be.

Cost	$150 per player For current CUFC players only. Maximum of 25 participants.
Topics Covered	Speed and agility, soccer specific fitness, technical training with emphasis on speed of play. Individual attacking and defending as well as ball striking and small sided games.
What to Bring	Medical Release Form:  Click Here! Water bottle, soccer cleats, running shoes, shin guards, soccer apparel, soccer ball, good attitude.
